bissell rug cleanerThis cabal is light, compact, and very easy to use. It is so good for cleaning up pet indiscretions that we simply could not live without it. I needed to be able to stab my car, so it needed cleaned that day and the local auto detailers were all booked up. I purchased this product and while it did the job, it took me hours. My manage and I LOVE this product. With a three year old and an eighteen month old we get lots and lots of stains of all types and sizes on our carpets and the car. We had a manual labourer held wet vac that also heated and provided steam, but the steam was too hot and dangerous for the kids to be around...it burned my hold once. It also took forever to work. But this deep cleaner works quickly and so effectively! It even got a tinge out that was in the dining room when we moved into our home almost two years ago. The heat function only makes the drench warm, and not dangerously hot. I only wish I had ordered extra solution when I ordered this Bissell...getting all these stains out already has me uninterrupted out of the sample that was included.

We have used other carpet-cleaning products with this, besides the little bottle included, and they work well, and the implement has not clogged.
