It works well but the mobile depletes too quickly
I bought this to vacuum cat sedan chair and dust. It performed well in the beginning. After two months of moderate use, however, the battery started to drain pronto, and it became clear that it was not holding a good charge. Ultimately, I feel that it was a little gimmicky and had itsy-bitsy utility for the money spent on it.
I did not bother to replace the battery as I decided to travel and move my things to storage.

Works keen, needs a holder
Vacuum so far, I've had for a hardly any over a month now, but it works great. My only complaint is that it needs a holder for the recharging & the attachments!

Euro Pro Shark Vac Exemplar SV736
Shark Vac is huge looking and works well but it's only good while the battery lasts. After that your best option is to throw it in another place and buy a new one. The battery needs to be charged constantly. Even with a charged battery the machine works for a temporary period. The battery pack is made up of 12 small batteries factory wrapped into a call it a day. When you order and receive the replacement battery which including shipping costs you $22.00 you make out that there is no way you can change the battery yourself. The wires inside the vacuum are factory sealed. The battery itself has rubber pieces glued to it to keep it in burden and prevent rattling. The new battery comes with no rubber attachments. After you spend good amount of nonetheless pulling the old battery out of the machine then you see the wires are sealed and the red wire doesn't go directly to the motor. There is a segregate battery (number 13th battery) in between the battery pack and the motor. There is no way to pull the red wire without injurious it and then what about the 13th battery? You have not ordered the replacement for it and the company very conveniently forgot to mention it.
So the moral of the release is "Don't buy the blasted thing".

I have three of these. I desire I could afford to put one in every room in the house. You can't seem to break them and I've bought a replacement battery for one I've had five years. This is the around vac to buy. Period.

works well
Got this a week or so ago. Works healthful so far. The biggest pain is charging it properly (20+ hours the first 3 times) then 8-10 hours later on, though when I called the manufacturer they said I can leave it plugged in all the time as long as it's going to be habituated to daily or every other day. It's a very effective little hand vac.

Shark Wishes More Bite
Latter the directions about charging the Shark for 24 hours, I was ready to vacuum some tough spots in my quarter. I must have too many tough spots, because it quit on me after l0 minutes. This vacuum needs more bite in its battery. How about a stronger one; one that doesn't lack re-charging after such a short period? I priced them at Wal-Mart, and the price is the same. I would have taken it back to the store.....but shipping it back to the Amazon transactions would have been too costly. Buyer Beware!

no, the freestyle does not last for too long. but when it does, it rocks. I have a 1500 sq.ft. home with all hardwood and tile and it lasts rightful long enough to pick up all the dust and hair bunnies left behind by 2 dogs and 3 cats. I use it conventional and it's great.

Bonzer for small jobs but maybe not for a whole apartment
I got this vac because I now have brick up to wall carpets and a cat that sheds; I thought I would use this more often than my big, heavy regular vac, and I do; however, it's not for a thorough cleaning. Positive for light vacumming and touch ups or small jobs. I haven't noticed how long the battery-operated lasts exactly but I have been able to hit most of my one bedroom apartment on one charge with some left over. It's great for the larder and for kitty litter messes. The cup is easy to remove and the filter is easy to remove, make a revelation and reassemble. The handle is extendable. I have never used it as a hand vac because I already have one.
One thing I was not pleased with was the vac got knocked over once, and the finger broke clean off. It's not hard to knock it over, too - and there's no cradle to hold it like with other rechargeables. Replacement handles are $25. I called Shark and asked for a replacement, and got some pushback because replaceable parts aren't warranteed; when I told them that either the part was deficient or the manufacturing quality is so poor that I wasted my money on a poorly manufactured product (and after asking for a boss) the rep replaced the handle at no cost. A product like this should be able to handle being knocked over more than once. Once the freestyle wears out or the vac wears out, I'll buy a different one...I'm not inclined to spend money on a replacement battery when a part has already intermittent so easily. I can't say they had great customer service becuase I had to push to get them to do the right thing, but at least they did do it.

Laudatory vac
This is amiable bc there are no cords etc. Its good for quick spills etc. My only complaint is that the batter dies SOOO go hungry. After 20m of using it i need to recharge the battery.

POWER Put aside HEAD KEEPS FALLING OFF
I own a manifold model of the same type Shark and it works fine but this one is a dud as the power head with a different plan repeatedly falls off with back and forth motion. I am not quite sure why Euro Pro makes so many models with so many unsteady power ratings...The one I own and kept is fine, a 15+ volt model in green but has no barrier carrier...This one does have a carrier but is otherwise worthless.

Run and go into hiding - this thing just vaccums your time and money!
Don't be fooled by the smooth look and packaging.
Or the supposed voltage. I followed the instructions to the letter and only once got 5 minutes of power - after that, 30 seconds to not a twitter heard. Can you vacuum in 30 seconds or less? And then wait 8 hours for a powerup? Me neither. Have never ever enjoyed returning something so much. Move on .... nothing to see here.

Bad handheld vacuum
I bought this handheld to repay the Dirt Devil I had for 2 years. The Dirt Devil was really noisy, so when I bough this Shark, I was tickled pink at how much quieter it was. It worked well in the beginning and I especially liked the motorized brush, but after a couple of months use, the whisk broom stopped spinning. I cleaned the brush and it would start running again only to stop after a few minutes. I tried the other nozzles and they were just as bad! The battery-operated life on this vacuum is poor as well. I should've gotten another Dirt Devil. This was an expensive purchase for only a few months use. So downcast.

Not my penchant Shark
I right-minded got this a week ago, my last Shark was on its last legs, I go through at least 4-5 a year
Im an obsessive cleaner and I work from cuttingly...so I vacuum A LOT (yeah my neighbors love me) :)
Anyway
this one I would NOT recommend, the suction is not as good as the gren one I mostly get with less Volts, and I get it for the brushes it has, for pet hair.
This brush is SUPER bad, it stops very easily, so most of the time I have it on the rug it is not turning...so thats a mount up to waste.
I would get another Shark green, brush less volts again but im hoping to find something better that doesnt die so much on me and the undergrowth works

You can make good on the batttery!
Much has been said, but the one key item I would add is that this and most every Shark mini vac has a removable replaceable battery. This is key as inevitably a rechargeable battery will die and you'll be left-wing with a piece of junk to send to the landfill (case in point, Black and Decker cordless vacs, as I literate personally).
Shark gets big points for being a more environmentally friendly product in my book.

Passable, but not spectacular
It's - pleasantly to have a smaller handheld that you can quickly take out for those small/sudden jobs, but overall it's not the best model. This is in the long run because the suction isn't superb, and the attachments fall out often. Frustrating. I have to say I did use it recently to vacuum out my car - being an apartment being, it was a novel thing so I was happy in general, but what with the attachments falling out and how long it took, I was a bit forced.

Works for me - EuroPro EPO35
I'm rather satisfied with this Shark hand held for my small needs. I don't have pets, but lose a lot of my own locks, even on carpet the pet attachment works even better than my upright Hoover. I like just having to empty the cup rather than pulling or invidious hairs off a turning roller brush, a chore I hate. I also eat on my bed and vacuum crumbs and spills off the comforter rather than taking it outside to shake. I even use it to get hairs and lint off my clothes before laundry, works faster than a clothing brush.
I've sat on the carpeted floor and vacuumed areas too small for my upright, or the vinyl tile unclothe in front of kitchen sink, stove, fridge, which is much easier than dragging out the big one and switching attachments, so the desire cord is great. I don't have enough sockets in a small studio apt. to keep a cordless plugged in and recharging so preferred corded and you get much more power. I fondness it to do the bathroom floor around all those narrow spaces. So in the 4 months since purchase I've found lots of everyday uses. I don't set forward it for sucking up ashes in ashtrays tho, gunks up the fine mesh.
I think this ad picture shows an older maquette in error, perhaps the Pro 33 model, as I was delighted to receive the newer 800 watt one with upon and added features.
Only downside is as others said, attachments or hose fall out frequently, I don't have the collusively strength at 72 to shove them in any tighter, so slower shorter strokes help keep in stead. Deducted one star for that annoyance. Maybe I'll duct tape the hose and the one I use most to hold it. Also, you have to jail it in one hand, if you set it down it flips itself over on one side blocking the air vents on that side and could overheat. The turbo force is that powerful. If the side air out blows around your insignificant mess you are trying to clean up just use the hose so it is at a greater distance from the vents. Nonchalantly to clean cup and wash filter.
All in all it does more than the price would suggest. And with Super Saver Shipping - Excessive buy!

Where is the prop up
So I buy this vacuum an,initially, it is all I could call for it to be. Powerful an easy to use. Then the day comes when I need a new filter.
I have spend hours in search of a straightforward filter. I even went to the company site and was told i would have to wait 6 weeks. Then I went to a nearby shop. The owner just laughed and told me that he would not even try to order the filters, "as it was a waste of be that as it may." I then found [...] and they had the correct filter on their website...so i ordered 4 of them and sat back and waited...and waited and then received an e-mail from them admitting to consummate difficulty finding these filters.
If you are going to buY this vacuum check to see if you run into the same problems that I did. The number that you sine qua non for the filter is EP035.
My vacuum is now nonfunctional

Europro Shark turn over submit held vacuum
This is a glaring hand held vacuum. It has a long cord which I like. It is powerful and cleans well. It is trusting to use on steps and is lightweight. It has to be cleaned after each use which is somewhat of a disadvantage, but considering how well it works that is a small grind. I also purchased two for gifts, recommended it to a friend and she had me order her one because it cleans cat and dog hair very well.

Don't be fooled!
I purchased this vacuum from Kmart a few weeks ago and I honest finished using it for the second time. The first time I used it on my couch and it was a breeze! The suction was pronounced and it was very easy to use. It also was convenient to hold and had a very long cord which is a plus.
Today I was vacuuming my carpeted floors and it due shut off on me! I realized the receptacle was kind of full so I emptied it and found globs of dust and fur/hair trapped at the seep, that didn't even make it to the receptacle. After letting it cool for over an hour I tried it again, got a few swipes on the knock over and realized there was no more suction. I took out the filter and read "to clean filter, remove protection and tap vigorously". It took me 10 minutes to tap, tap, tap all the dust out of the filter. I was then completely covered in dust and put everything back together. (Why do I deprivation to do this? I should be cleaning not dirtying myself up!)
Once I replaced the filter I turned on the vacuum and there was so light of a suction I could hardly feel it. This is only my second time using the vacuum!!
Also, there is nowhere to wrap the electrical cord, no capture or storage so you have to wrap it around the machine itself. It is awkward to hold especially with the cord being so long.
This is NOT a discerning purchase, it is extremely loud for such a small machine and is not built for use on fur, hair or anything other than little crumbies.

don't buy this
It worked egregious for 6 or 7 uses then the brushes stopped turning & while the bearings on each end turned freely the belt wouldn't swivel them. So I emailed the company & they told me to go to a Sears repair center to get a new belt & was told to call the companions which I did & they told me to go to a Sears repair center. After slamming down the phone I went out & bought a obscenity devil hand vac which I should have done in the first place. Not that expensive but still a waste of time & money.

I'm Eager I Did Not Read These Reviews Before I Bought It!
If I had I quite would not have, and that would have been a BIG mistake. I have 4 cats that stay inside all the time and three dogs that come in sometimes. Believe me, having a valid hand vac is a must in my house. When mine (won't name the brand) kicked the bucket and I could not find another one at a local store I settled for this SHARK.
I have virtuous cleaned all the upholstered furniture in my downstairs and it's quite a lot. I have emptied and cleaned the filters twice and could not fancy the amount of dander, dust, hair and everything else nasty that the other hand vac left behind. The furniture that I just cleaned was intended to be fairly clean, I was just doing a regular weekly cleaning. I was totally shocked at how much fundamentals was in my furniture that I thought the other vacuum was getting out.
This is a great Vacuum! It cleans excellent, it does run a small-minded loud, but no louder than my other one. It has great suction on the hand held hose and crevice agency. I especially like the filter that can be totally cleaned with hot water to get rid of the dander and dust. It's not too crestfallen, and if it only lasts a year under this heavy use, then I have gotten my moneys worth at less than $4 a month. I would buy another one without interview.

Nauseating vacuum
I bought this vacuum for elfin cleanups around the house.
Initially I thought it was ok and used it for a couple of months. My mistake, I should have returned it normal away. It is loud, gets hot quickly and does a poor job picking anything-up.
I called purchaser support, waited on hold for along time, when I did speak to them they were not any help, all they did was ask for my name, number and S/N of the vacuum. When I put the phone down for 30 seconds to get the low-down they hung-up.
I've since given-up and threw the vacuum in the recycle bin, that's all it's good for.

Would be well-made if it were only $20.00.
Component works fine out of the box. It needs to be cleaned after each use. It is very noisy and runs very hot. The unit will cut off do to overheating if it is not kept clean or if you run it to big. I have found that it really does not work as well as I had hoped. I use it in my RV.

For a vacuum that works well when it’s working, I am incensed that I have burnt- the same amount of monied replacing belts as I did on the vacuum. The belts are Out of the question to find, sell for a wealth and you have to reasonably take the whole vehicle to to position one. Nothing in the directions or website even greet the citizen of across replacement. At this trait, it is prospering to the parsimony hoard for someone else to be troubled over and I’m contemporary to morsel the bullet and buy something else. Any suggestions?
