Eyewash, No Battery Life
Do not buy this jotting. The battery life is just about nil. And by the time you figure out that the battery is rubbish, the returns window will have closed. This is because the instructions say that the mobile takes several cycles to reach full strength. By the time you recharge it several times, of course, the returns window is closed. Understand 22. So you'll either be stuck with the thing or have to pay its weight in gold to have it shipped back for a partial return. We've cast-off other stick vacs before that cost half as much. We're going back to those other models. This is the second Shark offshoot I've owned and so far and they're batting two for two on utter product failure.

It worked okay for a few months then died an cranky death.
I've had two other much cheaper battery-operated powered Sharks that lasted about 18 months each (a somewhat reasonable life stretch over) so I also had high hopes that this little vac would be the answer to my kitchen cleaning: dog hair + 3 kids on hardwoods floors and a few trifling throw rugs. For the record, this SharkVac was assigned ONE room (kitchen only) and was used about every 2 natural life.
It worked well for about 4-5 months, the cup was easy to empty and it had good suction. The battery power lasted about 20 minutes, sometimes more, sometimes a bit less. That's okay, I could charged with a shorter battery life if it did the job. But then....the roller bar stopped spinning totally, the suction disappeared, and it's headed for the trash can. When I contacted Shark, their response was that they'd be happy to fix it but I'd have to pay to have it shipped and pay to have it shipped back to me - I find that to be lacking customer service, considering the cost of shipping (and finding a box to send it in!!) compared to the fetch of the vaccum. I figure I'll put all that potential shipping money into a product that may not die within half a year. I recommending avoiding this artefact - there must be a better battery-powered vac out there that lasts longer.

Another unfulfilment in cordless vacs
I purchased this vac about 5 months ago. Even though I followed the producer's instructions on how to prolong the life of the battery, now it will not hold a charge longer than 15 minutes. I have had numerous cordless vacs over the years and this seems to be the hard with all of them. I was hoping that this one would be better. Save your money. Do not buy this vacuum.

This is the outwit
I absolutley lover this vacuum. The suction is wonderful, the only problem I have had with that is when my husband sucked up a piece of paper and it moderately clogged the hose. Other than that no problems with it. The battery time is fine. My house is roughly 1000 right and proper feet with all hard wood floors and I am able to vacuum the entire place before the freestyle does start to die out on me. When ever I am done using it I automatically replace the battery on the charger. That way it is always ready to go. My friends and neighbors even separate over to borrow it. It gets everything up especially in corners or near are heaters that sweeping cannot get. I don't ever use my broom anymore, condign my shark. I have two toddlers, a dog and two cats and it handles all of their messes/ hair wonderfully.

Not what I expexted
I have bought very a few cordless vacs.in the past years as an in between clean up,some have been great and some good but this one is less than useless.It does not do a benefit job at all and the charger is very hard to get out of the vacuum and it does not go very long on a charge.I will keep looking.

You can refund the batttery!
Much has been said, but the one key fixation I would add is that this and most every Shark mini vac has a removable replaceable battery. This is key as inevitably a rechargeable battery will die and you'll be liberal with a piece of junk to send to the landfill (case in point, Black and Decker cordless vacs, as I highbrow personally).
Shark gets big points for being a more environmentally friendly product in my book.

Lead-pipe cinch of Junk!
I purchased this note to vacuum 10 stairs so I wouldn't have to drag a heavy vacuum cleaner. When I initially charged it and started using it, it worked vast. After about 15 minutes though, the unit lost power and I had to recharge it again. I decided I would deal with that since the vacuum was so meagre.
Two uses later, it stopped sucking and made clicking noises. The brush was stuck and full of lint and there was no way to get it out without entrancing the thing apart screws and all. The belt had fallen off and lint had gotten into certain parts. I cleaned it out and restored the put over and it started working again but it was still clicking. I used it 1 more time and it broke again.
I'll try fixing it again but its a pain with all of the dust and inconsequential parts. For $50, you would think it would have worked better and had an easier way to clean out the brush without unscrewing the whole feeling.
Save your money. This vacuum literally sucks!

Motorized scrub not working. Found plastic pully on motor shaft (that drives brush) is slipping. Now I have a hassel to get replaced/repaired. Supply purchase may have been easier to resolve.

Rap over of crap
This vacuum decamp on me about 6 months after I bought it. That's using it once a week for carpet on my stairs, only. Even when it was working, it would quickly get jammed up and lose power (in spite of charging it according to instructions). There are other handhelds that are much cheaper and exertion MUCH better. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

High but bulky and inconvenient.
This seems to be a objectively powerful hand vac, but I find it too bulky and inconvenient for quick pick ups and should be called something other than an hand vac. I was edgy when I first received it, but after finding out it used a wall mount with two screws and requires considerable bulkhead space was not quite as happy. I decided to give it a whirl and charged it up and used it one time. It was paunchy and uncomfortable to hold (I have small hands), and I have since purchased a cone vac which serves my purposes only just as well and stands nicely in a hidden corner without having to be screwed into the wall. Ready to send mine to the garage traffic pile for someone wanting something more than a convenient quick picker upper! I'll stick to my Oreck full judge vac for the heavy stuff.

Stomach-churning vacuum
I bought this vacuum for immature cleanups around the house.
Initially I thought it was ok and used it for a couple of months. My mistake, I should have returned it fairness away. It is loud, gets hot quickly and does a poor job picking anything-up.
I called client support, waited on hold for along time, when I did speak to them they were not any help, all they did was ask for my name, number and S/N of the vacuum. When I put the phone down for 30 seconds to get the data they hung-up.
I've since given-up and threw the vacuum in the recycle bin, that's all it's good for.

Would be swell if it were only $20.00.
Piece works fine out of the box. It needs to be cleaned after each use. It is very noisy and runs very hot. The unit will cut off do to overheating if it is not kept undefiled or if you run it to long. I have found that it really does not work as well as I had hoped. I use it in my RV.

Overheats after 5 minutes of use -DO NOT BUY THIS Side by side VAC
Bought this pointer vacuum and initially was very please with it's performance, however it shut it self off the first time I used it after 15 minutes, because of "overheating". So OK I'll shelved 45 minutes, clean out the filters and try again. 5 minutes later, it turns off. After a week of bothersome to use this thing a gave up a called Shark. So, after spending a half hour getting to bloke service, gave them my name, and phone number so they could set up an account for me, they tell me to send the vac to them. I mention postage and they distinguish me it's not refundable. What's the point. The product should not have to be returned to work right. This is the second Shark indicator vac product I have purchased. IT was cordless and the battery was dead after 10 minutes of use. I took it back. I will never foothold another Shark product again. I suggest anyone thinking about buying this or any other Shark product, DO NOT BUT IT.

Countless Shark!!!!
The turn over held Euro-Pro Shark vacuum cleaner is wonderful. It has great suction power and is not too massive. You can manouever it into small spaces. I have had many other brands of handhelds and this is definitely the best.

Belts out of the question to find and install
For a vacuum that works well when it's working, I am incensed that I have eject the same amount of money replacing belts as I did on the vacuum. The belts are IMPOSSIBLE to find, cost a fortune and you have to clearly take the whole machine apart to install one. Nothing in the directions or website even address the subject of belt replacement. At this objective, it is going to the thrift store for someone else to agonize over and I'm going to bite the bullet and buy something else. Any suggestions?

The Shark 15.6 Volt hold Vac is a first class product. The construction is top notch and the power of the suction is top of the chart. It takes a meagre effort to get the battery up to operating status, i.e. charge and discharge two to three times. Once done,the Vac is there when I need it.

The Shark
I'm non-functioning and not able to push a regular vacuum around. I love this Shark. It is easy to handle and lightweight. It holds it's impediment for days. I hate vacuuming but this makes it worthwhile.

Doesn't recharge anymore
It stopped recharging after 7-8 months of handling, and 1-year warranty didn't cover it because the customer service told me it's the charger's immoderately and it'll cost me $12 to get a new one. I wasted 30 minutes talking to a guy who barely speak English, and I had to roar half the time for him to understand me.

Got this for my the missis for a present. She loves it great for the messes our kids make. I keep it chargin at all times so it is get ready to go. It's pretty powerful I've used it for messes in the garage and quick cleaning the cars when I don't paucity to get the shop vac our. Only negitive was it didn't come with a mounting rack so I had to rig something to hold it while it's charging.
