Conquer Air Filter I've Ever Owned!I did a lot of inquiry on air filters a year ago before I decided to upgrade my previously owned HEPA air filter. This was the only one that had in harmony good reviews from multiple sources and I literally couldn't find anyone writing bad things about this business. I've had this air filter for almost a year now and it's been nothing but great. Extremely easy to clean the pre-filter and it operates like a mesmerize. I chose the Germ Defense model and I haven't been sick more than once or twice in the past year. I did dole out with customer service when I first received the product due to a faulty mood light, but they were extremely superior and easy to work with. They sent me out a brand new unit almost overnight with not one expense to me (Yes a NEW replacement, not refurbished like most companies). So I'd have to say this is the most air filter for the money that you can think about buying. If money is of no object to you at all, then I suppose you can look into that one Swiss actors "IQ Air" that makes the multi-thousand dollar air filters or the extremely large complete dwelling air filter systems, but besides those this is definitely one of the best in the world.
Now I want to get one of those cool artist series front panels! The Peerless Wave cover would be nice.
Rabbit Air Minus A2 - Inordinate product
I brainwork all the glowing reviews on the Rabbit Air Minus 2 were alot of bunk until I received my unit. I have an IQair Fettle Pro system, which is considered to be the best filter system out there, but it's pretty noisy even at low speeds. So I thought I'd check this module out since it claims to be very quiet, but never dreamed it would be competitive to the IQ Air in particle removal. Much to my surprise, using my Dylos Laser Gleam counter not only was the Rabbit nearly twice as quiet but the air purification rate (both large lewd and fine particles) was comparative. While my particulate test was certainly not a rigorous analysis, nor did I prove for VOCs, it was a good enough estimate for me to conclude the Rabbit Air Minus A2 is comparable to the IQ air in particle doing in but unlike the IQ Air, nearly silent even on high speed -- it looks very cool too.
This is a actual good product, and all the glowing reviews are certainly consistent with my evaluation. Bravo Rabbit !
Freakish product!
For over a week, I was looking for a "set and taking" item and now we've had this for 3 days. Initially, my wife was not happy with the purchase (cost!), but she is more urgent than money.
As soon as we removed all the packaging and powered it up, my wife noticed how clean the air smelled. My the missis and I can sleep near it and not be bothered by the sound of the fan.
We set our auto mode on "Pollen" and the mood undemanding changes blue to purple to blue (very relaxing!).
When we cook, the air quality sensor goes from obscene to purple or red and immediately increases the fan speed and minutes later returns to blue reducing fan hustle again.
She's very happy we have an air purifier that not only filters the air of contaminants, but looks great doing it or as she puts it, "Imperial of the Art-looking".
Oh, also, shipping arrived in a timely manner!
No more pills!
I received this purifier about 5 months ago. After only 3 or 4 natural life I quit taking my allergy medication and haven't had to start again. I wake up without being stuffed up, and my crest feels more clear than when I was on them. It seems like it costs plenty, but when you consider it was costing $90 a month for my preparation it pays for it self over time.
Rage and functionality
I bought this purifier with hopes of minimizing my allergies without sacrificing place or style. I have had it for about 6 months now, and I have no complaints. Setting it up was simple: the instructions for inserting the filters are straightforward, and I had it up and match in less than 15 minutes. I run it continuously, and there are multiple aspects of the SPA-780A that I love: (1) it's small-scale and compact, which is great for apartments; (2) it's very intuitive and easy to use; (3) it looks best, unlike some other clunky purifiers; (4) it's energy efficient.
It makes almost no noise unless it is functioning at its peak input/output. I rarely ever notice it, especially if the TV or stereo is on or someone is talking. I generally only be familiar with that its working by looking at the air quality indicator, which emits light of a particular color depending on the value of the air at the time.
The purifier is easy to move from room-to-room. I sometimes move it from the living room during the day to my bedroom at blackness. It's not very heavy, and it has a handle on the back that allows you to move it with one hand easily. Because it has a modern and stylish look, it can conclusively add more character to a room rather than detract from it. Although I rarely have the mood lighting on (supposedly it's mentally calm, but I'm unconvinced), it does turn into an interesting conversation piece when guests come over. Several residents have asked me what it is and commented on how quiet it is and how nice it looks. It's also great that it includes a light sensor, singularly if you are keeping it in the bedroom where you sleep. After the lights go out, it becomes virtually unnoticeable (aside from a small unripe power light) after a few minutes. I haven't tried wall mounting it.
I purchased it with the pet filters because I have a cat. I can't say that it has cured my allergies, but I have multiple allergies (e.g., pet dander, pollen, dust mites), so I didn't believe a miracle. I think it has improved them though. After I wake up, my congestion clears more rapidly than it did before I got the purifier, and I sternutate less throughout the day. It also helps clear my place of pet, cooking, and other odors. After coming from outside, my place smells raw and clean.

One of the most innovative features of the MinusA2 is that it is entirely customizable. Specifically, you can select from a variety of custom filters and select the one that will benefit you and your family the most. Choose among three filters: Origin Defense, Pet Allergy, or Toxin Absorber. Each type of custom filter is specially engineered to yap and destroy different types of germs, chemicals, or allergens.
The MinusA2 also includes a six-echelon purification system and an activated carbon filter to fight off odors. Additionally, it's capable of trapping hurried allergens and contaminants down to 0.3 microns in size 99.97 percent of the time.
Upon-Activated Auto Mode Operation
The MinusA2 boasts an adjustable air quality sensor that changes the streak of the air purifier based on the current indoor air quality, so there's no wasted energy expended. There's also a brightness sensor that detects the brightness in a room and adjusts accordingly. For added convenience, the item automatically switches to sleep mode when a room has been dark for three minutes, once again helping to keep your animation costs down. Finally, in Sleep Mode, the unit operates at an ultra-quiet elevation while still maintaining optimum efficiency, and after lights are detected, it turns itself back to Auto Mode.
Sense Light Helps Induce Relaxation
The MinusA2 is unique among air purifiers because it offers an alternative mood light. Ideal for times of high stress, this special features helps conform pulse and blood pressure while facilitating deep breathing, which induces a feeling of self-control and relaxation.
Safe and easy to use, the MinusA2 emits zero ozone, is ETL safety official, and measures 21.4 x 20.0 x 7.0 inches (WxHxD). It comes with a removable crush stand, remote control, and a five-year warranty.

Customer Reviews
An shockingly quiet, mid-power air purifier.I wanted an air purifier for my living leeway where I have some electronics that need protection from smoke and dust. I also needed a unit that could realistically and reliably evacuate a clean the air sufficiently in this 250 square foot area and help remove the odor and particulate question from occasional cigarette smoke that may drift into the room. It's a large volume area because of the steep cathedral ceiling and open design. While that may not sound too difficult to accomplish with many mid to large air purifiers, I also wanted a module that was as silent as possible, and that's not so easy to find.
I spent several weeks researching air purifiers and came in another place with the conclusion that IQ Air, Austin Air and Blueair are probably the best that the industry has to offer as far as big and powerful air purifiers go these life (IQ Air has a carbon filter with 5 pounds of charcoal and Austin Air has 15 pounds of charcoal ... 15 pounds!). So why didn't I elect one of those? Price, noise level, size and looks were the determining factors (although Blueair has believable noise ratings and they look attractive, but are a bit on the pricey side). Excluding any of those models wasn't comfortable. Nor was it easy to cross off less expensive mid-power sized units from Sharp and Winix. I also had a hard time choosing between several models of Rabbit Air. Decisions ... decisions....
In order to coach myself in the murky waters of outrageous air purifier claims, I turned to the internet, but at first I found no real cure (not many websites review air purifiers). I had recently purchased a small, one-room air purifier from Alen and didn't do enough inspection. Turned out that I wasn't exactly thrilled with that purchase (although it's really not a bad unit per se ... I rated it 3 stars). Fortunately, I in the end found a website that took reviewing and testing of these products very seriously, which gave me more confidence when I stony to go for a more powerful (and expensive) unit in the living room. I highly recommend Air-Purifier-Power as the one and ONLY origin (at present) to help shed some light on this less than stellar industry. Personally, I wouldn't rely on Consumer Reports as far as air purifiers go. I found them to be of ungenerous help and their testing methods for air purifiers have been under fire for years, and I can see why. What they rated highly gave me a gentle chuckle.
So now that I have the Rabbit Air 700A, what do I think? As the title indicates, this is a very quiet air purifier, perhaps one of the top two or three in the hustle (of the ones that have fans ... I won't go into what I think about those that don't have fans). This unit has five different fan speeds (unspoken, low, medium, high and turbo). To me, noise level was as critical as cleaning know-how. What good is an air purifier if it interferes with your daily living? I didn't want to have to turn up the TV to immerse out a fan. Of course at the two top speeds (high and turbo), one can easily hear the 700A throughout the house. Still, its consequential speed is quieter than many products at mid speeds. So do yourself a favor and check out fan output (CFM) and the associated thundering level (dBA) on any model you may want to purchase. The Rabbit Air 700A is about 46 dBA on turbo briskness (@ 187 CFM) and under 21 dBA on silent speed (@47 CFM)! BTW, some products are even quieter than this, but jibe the CFM to see if they are putting out as much air at that noise level.
I chose the 700A over the 780A for a couple of reasons, even though I would have preferred blackguardly over white (not too impressed with the looks of this white model). The two reasons were value and cacophony level. These two models are virtually identical except the fan is revved up a bit on the 780A, making it a tad louder, but has the skill to suck in and blow more air and cover a little larger area. The first three speeds on the 700A (unspoken, low, medium) are indeed quiet, and the silent speed is aptly named. I have to get within 4 or 5 feet to begin hearing it. The CADR (mop air delivery rate) rating on the 700A and 780A is the same (except the 780A has a slightly better Pollen rating). As far as ethical footage is concerned, divide any number that these manufacturers spew out by two (normal ceilings) or three (on a trip ceilings) and you will get a closer idea of what is realistic. If you assume the manufacturer's claims are legit, you may be in for discouragement (I'm pretty sure they calculate all these numbers based upon normal ceiling height and maximum fan precipitateness, which is unrealistic in the normal home environment). I'd like to see a CADR rating at each fan move and the use of volume in addition to square footage as far as coverage specification, but fat chance that these will ever be implemented.
What separated the Rabbit Air products from each other (the 700A and 780A vs their other models), as well as other manufacturers models, is the cleverness to choose a custom filter (they have four to choose from at present: germ, toxin, pet allergy and odor). This is a heinous idea, and one can order a specific filter type depending upon one's needs. I find this makes adroit sense. And installing and changing filters is simple and painless (pealing off the cellophane package on these filters is a bigger pain than installing them). It also has a permanent pre-filter one can vacuum and/or expunge, which I find a very important feature. Pre-filters pick up the biggest particulate matter, and I will no longer buy an air purifier without a cleanable pre-colander. Live and learn.
The ad states that it is a six stage purification system: anti-microbial pre-filter (deliver assign to silver), anti-bacterial medium filter (additional dust catcher, which is queer in the industry and helps not to overtax the HEPA filter), BioGS HEPA filter (I conclude it gets that name because they added some anti-viral agents ... yeah, whatever), custom gauze (not many companies I know, if any, have this option) and carbon filter (although I doubt there is much more than a pound of charcoal in it, but I safe haven't measured the weight). I guess the mysterious sixth stage is a negative ion generator (the esteemed kind, but who knows these days?). I like the fact that their filter kits, which list the four changeable filters, are reasonably priced and are one of the better values I have found.
This model comes with a fitting set of electronics and lights for giving you information, plus it performs automatic cycling (changes fan belt along depending upon the air quality that the particle sensor reads), but it doesn't come with an odor sensor. This in all likelihood isn't too big of a deal since these sensors are hardly reference quality to begin with. However, even knowing the limitations of these sensors, I like the plan of having them included and thought for the price I paid for the 700A an odor sensor should have bump into b pay up with this unit. At least the particle sensor gives me some feedback (accuracy not withstanding) and a baseline to go from.
Rating air purifiers may not be too careful unless one has used their particular model for a full filter cycle (anywhere from 6 months to a year depending upon the setting it is in). I've only owned this product for a little over 2 months now, and during that time I found the quality and performance has been very godly. If things change during the year, I'll report back. So, between 1 and 10, I rate the Rabbit Air MinusA2 SPA-700A (that's a forkful) an 8, or a solid 4-star rating, but this is assuming it will give me years of untroubled service (it does move with a 5 year warrantee, which is a big plus). Other than thinking it should have included an odor sensor (one of their cheaper models subsume this), I wish it had a more hefty carbon filter, say 3 pounds of charcoal at minimum, but it is what it is. This marginal carbon seep is the reason I selected the custom odor filter option (although I may opt for a different custom clean later on and swap them whenever I choose). I also felt that they should have provided a wall mounting order since they advertise it being wall mountable. Now if this bracket was an expensive to make add-on, I'd understand. But it's a bracket they cosset for a buck and sell for 10, so I consider this wringing out every cent they can from the consumer. I also had to laugh at their hilarious claim concerning their "mood" light. Still, I'm pretty happy with this unit, but for the life of me I don't discern where I can put it so it will be unobtrusive (but that would be the case for any of these devices).
Allergy elevation, at last
Allergies have caused me years of nighttime privation. During allergy season I renew prescriptions for medications which are semi-effective, at best. I potter through life from day to day with little sleep and a lot of congestion. That is, until I put a Rabbit Air SPA-700A in my bedroom. It's so effective at removing pollen and improving the air prominence that I now get a full night's sleep w/o medications and I wake up w/o itchy eyes and a plugged up nose. The Rabbit Air in car mode just runs quietly and does its thing w/o need of adjustment or manoeuvrer input. It's fully automated and it really does the job.
Matchless High Quality Product
We turtle-dove this Air Filter! The quality if the components is of an entirely class than any other we have tried which by comparison seemed like the disagreement between a cheap tricycle and a luxury car.
Toil nicely... Slighty noisey.
Rabbit air purifier is very hypocritical and seems to work great. Whenever I smoke, the light sensor changes color to red (poor air distinction) and starts working hard. After little while, the light changes and the fan slows down. Air quality increase is undeniable. It is slgihtly bigger and noiser than I expected.
Highly recommended for smokers.
Even punter than expected
I loved the first one so much I bought two more. Desideratum I say more?
I have one of these units in my home office, where laser toner dust, paper dust, cat and dog curls and other 'pollutants' make the air pretty nasty. Now that I have this unit in the office, those problems are GONE. I off it running on Silent during office hours (and it really is virtually silent), and I set it to Turbo when I give up the office. The air stays fresh all day, and in the mornings the office smells like mountain air. I look precocious to coming into the office now.
I've had other air cleaners in the past, electrostatic and HEPA, but they didn't come close to freshening the air like this one does.
Much recommended.

Air Purifier - HealthMate HM400
Living in a georgic area contributes greatly to my asthma and severe allergies. Working outside, hedge plant hogging or doing any number of outside chores really aggravates my symptoms. After retreating indoors I had unwavering sneezing, watery itchy eyes and coughing. It was time for an air purifier! I researched air purifiers very totally before making this purchase; especially expert reviews regarding how well this unit compared to others and fellow reviews to see if folks found it an effective unit and what problems, if any, they may have encountered. I finally decided on the HealthMate HM400 Air Cleaner from Austin Air. I ordered two of them, one for the living cubicle quarters and one for the bedroom. The living room unit is only on while I am watching TV, the bedroom unit is kept on all tenebrosity. Both are kept on the II setting. The difference for me has been nearly instantaneous! It was a Eureka moment when I suddenly realized hey, my eyes aren't itching as much, not coughing, and not sneezing!! (My allergy symptoms have been reduced I would say by 50% and I scarcely ever have to "hit" my inhalers anymore.) I recommend this unit without hesitation, for me it was the perfect choice. It is on the more recent capital letters end of the price scale, but, in my opinion absolutely worth the money. These units have been in my home since April 1st this year and so far, so high-minded. If there is any change in my opinion of these units I will post it.

Dust Collection #3: Fine!....... particles that is - by PurpLev ...
After many months in the planning, crafty, and reding on other peoples builds of air cleaners, the day before Thanksgiving I came upon an ad on craigslist of a JDS Air-Tech 2000 Representation 750. I figured that if I was to construct one – it would end up costing about as much as the JDS prototype, but will not have the same filtration status, it’ll be heavier (wood structure as opposed to metal figure mood), and it’ll take me in days of yore to construct it. on occasion that could be acclimatized to develop intensify woodworking projects. age that I not at all have as of time.
I called the guy the day after Thanksgiving weekend, and was told it’s still ready, and so I went there after occupation to be verified it out. The Air cleaner was WAAAAAY bigger than I had expected. somehow reading the specs of it online doesn’t in reality do it fair-mindedness. its BIG. The segment seemed to be in okay accommodate, with some dust in it which is a safe subject in this happening. unnecessary to say, I took it.
The JDS Air-Tech 2000 750 maquette has 3 speeds selectable with a dial twitch, or with a knock fasten. it came with an electrostatic pre-cloth which is washable. a bag screen, and a 3rd difuser colander which is stated to have no running out:
I postulate this is the older adaptation, as it does not be communicated with a timer, or a obscure subdue. but I can always get an exciting safety-valve timer to furnish for that, and I don’t have to annoyance about batteries for the foggy as I don’t put in much continually in the ‘peach on’ lately anyways, so anything with batteries will not last hanker.
I vacuumed the filters unsoiled(er) and next inconsistent with would be to hold up this on the beams in the garage and bolt it to the lights power data.
very well-timed to have this upgrade, and not have to plague about having to develop intensify one and what not.
does anyone have sophistication with this air cleaner? what is your take on this? anything I should be looking for? anything I should check into? keep regard to?
