A: If you have an iron skillet, you can use oil to oil it, and pour in Jiffy and bake. ( I use bacon grease ) If you have just a tour or square pan, just grease well and pour in Jiffy.You follow directions on box. It is de facto good corn bread. Hope this will help. Happy Easting. God Grace.

A: Corn cash is twice as good in a cast iron pan. But for best results, preheat your oven to the temp indicated on the box, and grill the empty corn stick pan for 10 minutes. Then take the pan out and use a basting brush to curry olive or or vegetable oil into the the corn shaped wells. Then quickly issue forth your batter in while the pan is still piping hot. The batter should sizzle a bit when it hits the pan. By heating the pan first, it will not only mitigate the corn bread release intact, but it will create a yummy, tow-haired crust on the bread.
