If Pledge Backup Is Important To You Don't Get Panasonic Vacuum
I animate in Houston which is the fourth largest city in US and Panasonic amazingly does NOT have a single repair forefront for ANY of it's vacuums in this entire area and requires ALL their customer's to have to package their vacuums or pay for packaging AND pay for shipping to the nearest fix up center which for Houston is HUNDREDS of miles away to Duncanville, TX. Because I packaged my vacuum myself, I still self payed over $50 after owning this Panasonic for 4 months before having to use their guarantee. Amazon backs up their products but Panasonic does NOT and there was NO customer service. I would not purchase another Panasonic product secret the hardship and upfront expense I would have to endure to utilize their poor excuse of a warranty.

the aero ruin is hysterical!
I received this as a Christmas aptitude from my mother. I love vacuuming. So far it is everything I wanted. The aero blast sounds like it is spitting damned loudly for about 20 seconds and it is very funny. My cats, however, hate this. It cleans wonderfully both my hardwood floors and my carpets. No more cat debris either on the floor or falling out of the vacuum. Everything is taken up and stays in the dust cup. Easy to use... young lady it! love it! love it!

Very inferior machine
I've owned Miele kitchenette appliances so I thought a Miele vacuum was a no-brainer. Adequate on rugs, carpets. Very third-rate function on hardwoods, tile. The exhaust from the HEPA filter blows dust and jetsam away from the front of the vacuum before it's able to be suctioned up. The only was to keep from chasing pet hair across the floor is to turn the motor bolt to low and pull the handle down to the floor so the exhaust fan is directed off the floor. The handle is also very flexible with rotation and has split in partially.

I've got a Panasonic MC-E468 upright vaccum cleaner?
